Fleet Push Beville Cup Lead to 12-8 With Academic All-Conference Points

DUE WEST-- Erskine's attempt to retain the Beville Cup in 2009-2010 got a major lift on Monday when Academic Carolinas Conference teams were announced. Erskine had 43% of its eligible juniors and seniors named to the Academic All-Conference Team compared to 34% for Anderson University. The Fleet now lead the Trojans in the race for the Beville Cup, 12-8, with baseball, softball, tennis, and golf still to be played. Erskine won the Beville Cup in 2008-2009.
