Men's Golf Finish 2nd at Coker Intercollegiate

Hartsville, SC- Erskine men’s golf finished 2nd at Coker College Intercollegiate Tournament this past weekend. After finishing 8th of 9 at the Anderson University Invitational earlier this fall, the Fleet bounced back for a solid finish this past weekend losing only to the nationally ranked (#18) Coker Cobras.
Senior Patrick Wilson led the way for the Fleet with rounds of 76 and 70 for a 5th place individual finish. Wilson was followed closely by freshman sensation Joel Sawyer who shot 70 and 79 for an 8th place finish. Sophomore Brandon Hansen stepped up for the Fleet shooting 73 and 81 while Joe Anderson hit 86 and 78. Sophomore Wade Ramsey also competed for the Fleet and tallied rounds of 99 and 83.
The Fleet will be back in action this weekend as they travel to the Southeast Championship Preview at Tanglewood Golf Club.
