"I am very pleased with the results from this past weekend. It is great to see the girls reap the benefits of all their hard work this off season. Most of them put in some serious mileage over the summer and it is paying off." Commented Coach Sell about this weekend's performance.
The Lady Fleet will be traveling to Central, SC this coming weekend to compete in the Southern Wesleyan University Invitational. The course is rumored to be quick the challenge as it has many steep inclines, but the Fleet are ready for the challenge. The 5k race begins at 9:00 am.
