Wilson, NC- Erskine soccer headed up to Barton this weekend to take on the Bulldogs.  Two early goals allowed the Fleet to cruise to a 2-0 victory, advancing them to 4-6-1 on the season.

The first half saw an offensive explosion by Erskine.  Their first goal came as junior John Michael Leppert hit a cross that was headed in by classmate Marc Huie.  Barely five minutes later, a similar play occurred as sophomore Franz Destin made a cross to senior Ryan Voskuil who was able to finish powerfully, scoring his first goal of the season.  From here on out the Fleet coasted to bring home the win.

Erskine men's soccer will take the field again this Wednesday as they host USC-Aiken.  Kick off is scheduled for 7 pm.
